Speaker Bio: Gideon Forman has been a peace and environment activist since the 1980s. As a U of T student, he protested cruise missile testing and in later years worked for pesticide bans and coal-plant closures. He currently works to build renewable energy and active transportation. In this talk he’ll reflect on over three decades of activism, teasing out sources of inspiration that have kept him going.
