Please Donate to Neighbourhood’s New Syrian Refugee Fund

More than four million people have been displaced by war in Syria – it’s the greatest refugee crisis in a generation.

Faith groups have been at the forefront of Canada’s response to the crisis – stepping up to sponsor hundreds of Syrian refugees.
Neighbourhood launched a campaign to raise $20,000 by November 27 to sponsor a Syrian individual, couple or refugee (on or own or in partnership with a neighbouring church).

Please consider making a tax-deductible contribution to this project by mailing a cheque made out to “Neighbourhood Unitarian Universalist Congregation” (with “Syrian Refugee Fund” noted on the cheque) to Neighbourhood, 79 Hiawatha Road, Toronto, Ontario M4L 2X7.

Thank you for helping Neighbourhood to continue its proud history of supporting refugees in our community, and for helping us live out our mission of shared action for the care of the world.
